Based in Brisbane, Queensland, we have been operating for over 10 years.

We were the first private First Aid Service in Queensland commencing trading in June 1999.

We originally commenced trading as Emergency First Aid Service but more recently have found that there has been some confusion regarding the role “First Aid”. Our Medics are not simply “First Aiders”, but are highly skilled professionals who are proficient to provide a range of assessments and interventions far beyond the scope of a First Aider.

Our Director began providing First Aid Services to events in 1986 and has worked fulltime in this role ever since.

Up until 2010 we have never advertised or directly marketed - our expansion has been solely due to referral from satisfied customers.

In addition to our Medical Expertise, we also hold an insurance policy covering: Public Liability and Professional Indemnity to the value to $20,000,000.

Our staff members are fully covered for injury and illness suffered at the workplace.

We also hold a “Goods in Custody Insurance” which covers any Radios or equipment issued to us during the show period. This covers damage or loss of your equipment.
