Staff Recruiting

We are careful to only select staff suited to the role of representing our company to the public via the provision of high quality pre-hospital emergency health care.

All of our staff are required to be currently involved and/or experienced in the professional provision of health care.

For example we employ:

• Doctors
• Nurses
• Paramedics
• Physiotherapists and Allied Health Professionals
• Primary health care workers
• Students of the above professions

Additional pre-employment requirements:

• Current Occupational First Aid Certificate
• Available for casual employment
• Has own means of transport (current licence + vehicle)
• Current Blue Card

All of our staff then undergo an internal accrediation process that is ongoing for the period of their employment:

• Clinical Standards Training and Manual Familiarisation
• Theory Examinations
• Practical Examinations
• On-going Quarterly Skills Validation
• Monthly Professional Development Training

To ensure that clinical standards are maintained, our staff are required to adhere to comprehensive clinical procedures. All significant cases are then audited to ensure ongoing clinical quality improvement.
